One Degree Can Make All the Difference!

Water that reaches 211 degrees is very hot.  But it must reach a temperature of 212 degrees to begin to boil.

One small degree makes a huge difference.  Major accomplishments are won by fascinatingly small margins.  Sometimes success is just one small act away.  I have run across a very short movie, less than three minutes, that I believe, after watching, will inspire you to turn up the heat in some area of your life.  Sit back and relax and enjoy:     The 212 Movie

Of Immune Boosters and Bird Flu

Ok.  I’ll be honest with you.  The thought of the Bird Flu coming to town has had me in a cold sweat more than once in the middle of the night.  I like to think I’m a fairly average person when it comes to worry, but if the thought of a new flu against which we currently have very little protection didn’t worry me at least a little bit, well, I would be a bit more naive than I need to be!  It also doesn’t help…
